The starting point is everything.

We select single-origin beans or traceable blends, choosing altitude, climate, and variety to guarantee aroma, body, and complexity right from the green bean.

We don't burn, we sculpt the taste.

Artisanal roasting is designed for each batch and each origin: temperature, time, and roasting curve are calibrated to enhance sweetness, aromatic notes, and crema.

It's not just coffee. It's a choice.

Those who choose Rude do so because they identify with our character: bold flavor, uncompromising choices, authenticity. Packaged immediately after roasting, it arrives fresh and ready to offer you an intense and authentic coffee experience.
