Maya Shadow
100% Arabica — Naturally Decaffeinated, Single Origin.
Naturally decaffeinated. No chemical solvents.
The caffeine is removed using mountain water, not chemicals — while the flavour keeps everything it should.
It comes from Jaltenango, Chiapas, where it’s called Vayichil, meaning “to dream” in Tzotzil. It’s grown by La Tribù, a collective of 65 women who work coffee as producers, not as an afterthought.
A specialty coffee in every sense of the word (84 SCA points): orange, cherry, a hint of lemon tea, almond and milk chocolate.
The right coffee for the end of the day — or whenever you simply don’t need the caffeine.
