Natural CO₂ Method: We use only carbon dioxide to extract the caffeine. It’s a selective, clean process that preserves the bean’s original aromas. No solvents, just nature.
Sensory Profile: A round body with deep notes of dark chocolate and brown sugar, lifted by a citrus hint of orange.
Calibrated Roast: Our artisanal roast (7/10) respects the delicacy of decaf, avoiding bitter notes and delivering a lingering sweetness.
